budget cuts = no skating

after years of skating cesar chavezs curbs and manual pads with the staff and cleaning crew seeing us and usually just waving, we've finally started getting kicked. started last fall and they always mention something about recent budget cuts, so i guess new curbs must of been in the old budget planning.

jacob g dresses like a security guard in hopes of not getting kicked out. i think he kind of looks like that brophy dude that rides for 4-star
